Italian for "beautiful dear one", the Belcaro neighborhood is quite successful at living up to the translation. South of Cherry Creek, this affluent, primarily residential neighborhood is well known for the elegant, well built homes and classic style and architecture. Designed and built in the 1960's and 70's, the area is one of the most fashionable and established communities in Denver.
