Within the borders of Colfax Avenue to the north, 6th avenue to the south, Monaco Boulevard to the east, and Colorado Boulevard to the west, this classically laid out, mostly residential neighborhood is located within short distances to many different popular places.
With Mayfair's location just off of Colfax Avenue, the neighborhood has the benefit of enjoying the rich culture and diversity that exists on what has been historically coined as the longest street in America. This unique group of people and committees are dedicated to seeking progress on neighborhood goals and organizing events that benefit the environmental, economic, civic, and cultural life in Mayfair. The group also regularly publishes a community newsletter to keep residents up to date on relevant issues and happenings within the community.
There are plenty of places in and around Mayfair that contribute to its quaint atmosphere. Mayfair Park is a popular common area with a large green space, playground, and plenty of paths. There are also many other parks and recreational areas in Mayfair for residents to enjoy. Mayfair Plaza is a shopping center full of unique and charming stores.
